Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Algorist (“we”) handles personal information received through this website, algorist.jp. For how each app handles data, see that app’s own privacy policy.
1. What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive:
- The topic, app name, and your device and OS version
- Your name (optional) and email address
- Your message
To prevent abuse, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and follow up on it
- To investigate problems and improve our apps
We don’t use it for anything else, and we never send advertising or sales emails.
3. How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept as email. We delete them once the conversation is over and they are no longer useful for improving our apps.
4. Sharing and service providers
We don’t share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
We use the following service providers, both based in the United States, to run this site and our email. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, receiving the form and sending it as email, analytics)
- Apple Inc. (receiving and storing email)
5. Your rights
To access, correct, stop the use of, or delete your information, contact us at the address below. We’ll respond promptly after confirming your identity.
6. Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page.
